Principal IT Specialist - Enterprise Services

- Oversee management of multiple Active Directory forests/domains - Supervise Office 365 services, including directory synchronization via EntraConnect - Manage identities and credentials in Azure Directory - Ensure uninterrupted email flow and manage Transport Rules for specialized email handling - Govern the lifecycle management of Teams - Maintain license compliance and appropriate license assignments - Configure Enterprise Applications in Office 365 for third-party integration - Develop conditional access policies for optimal security and compliance - Support Windows Hello for Business implementation - Address legal discovery requests for Office 365 content in a timely manner - Administer mail retention policies as directed by Records Management and manage Retention Holds - Monitor health and security of Office 365 cloud services - Write PowerShell scripts for reporting and alerts concerning AD, Office 365, and other supported tools - Manage Netwrix and NetIQ tools - Administer the PKI infrastructure and KMS services - Oversee DNS services - Manage email security measures including AntiSPAM and antivirus - Onboard and manage admin/sensitive accounts in CyberArk, including password rotations - Facilitate seamless integration/migration of infrastructure from acquired companies - Lead disaster recovery planning, documentation, testing, and deployment - Provide audit reports for SOX and other IT audits as needed - Efficiently handle multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Deliver exceptional customer service with professional communication even in stressful situations
