The requirements for this position include: - A bachelor's degree or technical school certification. - 2-5 years of equivalent experience in the Information Technology field. - The ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex business problems. - A willingness to learn and grow your skill set through mentorship and self-study. - Experience in Human Resources or any HCM ERP system is a plus. Please note that the required experience is commensurate with the selected job level: - The IT Specialist level requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience. - The Senior IT Specialist level requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience. - The Lead IT Specialist level requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job-related experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, I expect you to provide technical support for production and projects in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Comp modules. Your essential duties will include: - Utilizing PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface, SQR, PUM Updates, and BI Publisher. - Undertaking complex projects, detecting opportunities for process improvements, and making well-thought-out decisions. - Acting as a liaison between IT and HR, working independently, and demonstrating excellent communication skills. - Possessing an in-depth understanding of HR functions and the relationship between all HCM modules.
