Requirements
Must:
- Experience with CMMS databases, preferably SAP PM
- Proficient in general software computer skills for configuring and utilizing SAP PM
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Capability to perform under pressure with shifting priorities and minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to state and federal regulations regarding vehicle operations
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for audits, meetings, and training sessions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with relevant work experience with variations according to job level
Responsibilities
- Support operations in developing and maintaining company functional locations and equipment structures within SAP PM
- Update and manage SAP PM for DOT-regulated inspections
- Create and revise maintenance plans in SAP PM according to standard operating procedures and best practices
- Assist with scheduling maintenance tasks in SAP PM
- Generate work orders for regulated and mechanical tasks upon request
- Create reports for management and operations as needed
- Travel to designated locations as required to assist operations with SAP PM
- Design and provide specialized technical training on SAP PM
- Troubleshoot SAP PM technical issues as they emerge
- Assist with compliance audits, both internal and external
- Handle submission requests for master data in SAP PM
- Provide support and conduct testing during software upgrades for SAP PM
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal SAP PM processes
