Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience for Associate Analyst level
- 2-5 years of experience for Analyst level
- 5-8 years of experience for Senior Analyst level
- 8+ years of experience for Lead Analyst level
- Proficient in Excel, including conditional formatting, vlookups, and picklists
- Ability to analyze variances between multiple datasets
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the engineering and construction budgets for the division
- Compile financial reports detailing budget status, forecasts, and variances
- Conduct monthly meetings with Project Managers to review and refine forecasts
- Input manual accruals while ensuring accuracy of automated accruals
- Prepare and present monthly financial summaries including CAPEX and Base Maintenance Reports to management
- Support the engineering manager in the annual budgeting process for projects and maintenance by ensuring descriptions, justifications, cost centers, and cash flows are accurate and complete
- Process invoices including auditing, coding, and liaising with vendors for discrepancies
- Manage funding requests for project budget approvals
