Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in 2 SAP full project life cycle implementations and SAP Security design, including at least 1 greenfield project
- 2-3 years of experience in GRC 10.1/12 Access Control implementation with at least 1 new implementation
- Proficient in administration and troubleshooting complex S4 HANA, BPC, O-BPC, ChaRM, E-HANA Security, and Fiori configurations
- Ability to configure GRC SOD Rule Set, collaborating with compliance teams on effectiveness testing
- Preferred experience in integrating SAP with SailPoint Identity Management
- Familiarity with internal and external audit processes with a focus on remediating IT/SAP audit gaps
- Capable of leading workshops and presentations independently
- Responsible for SAP Security Controls effectiveness, including audit findings
- Extensive knowledge of GRC Access Control modules such as ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM, including MSMP and BRF+ workflows
- Preferred experience with GRC Process Control module integration with Access Control
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry and GRC certification are advantageous
- Senior IT Specialist: 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Lead IT Specialist: 8+ years of relevant experience
- Principal IT Specialist: 10+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide SAP support to users, ensuring their functional and technical needs are met
- Engage with users to gather requirements and assess alternative solutions
- Resolve technical issues and develop training materials for system functionalities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and coordination to meet objectives within set limitations
- Identify project deliverables, milestones, and necessary tasks
- Conduct research on production issues and implement configuration changes as required
- Provide continuous troubleshooting and support for SAP production systems 24/7
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Security and GRC modules, including S4, Fiori, and others
- Design and implement SAP security policies, best practices, and remediation strategies
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements related to internal controls and business processes
- Create and deliver training sessions to improve understanding of SAP applications and configurations
- Ensure enhancements comply with SOX control processes and recommend improvements as necessary
