Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field
- Experience supporting applications on RightAngle
- Proficient in SQL server scripts and stored procedures
- Strong leadership capabilities, along with advanced analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis skills
- Successful track record of driving projects and delivering meaningful outcomes
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in commodity trading and risk management
- Proven experience troubleshooting various systems, particularly RightAngle
- Ability to develop customizations and enhancements in RightAngle using T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and support on RightAngle (.Net)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical and functional support to key business users and assist with technical projects for both vendor and custom applications
- Collaborate with functional leads to create plans and align work across all business functional areas
- Organize and facilitate meetings, recording key decisions, risks, and issues
- Operate effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of specific systems or business user areas, and managing communication between business and IT
- Support and maintain the RightAngle application, including outbound/inbound interfaces and web services
- Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and generating reports
Description
We are a dedicated team working in the RightAngle (ETRM application) support and development group, where we provide essential support and development services. Our team is focused on troubleshooting and resolving issues for business users, ensuring the successful delivery of requirements, documentation, technical design, testing, and implementation. This role can be based in Dallas, Houston, or Newtown Square, PA. We offer a supportive work environment with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
