Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years in a Control Center environment
- Demonstrable expertise in data analytics management, particularly with SQL and Power BI
- Strong track record in teaching, coaching, and presenting complex technical information
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Preferred: In-depth knowledge of PHMSA regulations and the Natural Gas Industry
- Preferred: Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, DataParc, PowerPoint, and DAX code for reporting
- Preferred: Extensive experience in developing specialized control room training programs
- Preferred: Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships across technical and management teams
Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of DOT PHMSA regulations and lead the creation of CRM Procedures for compliance
- Oversee the Alarm Management Program metrics and KPIs, using data insights to enhance program effectiveness
- Design and manage comprehensive training initiatives, including initial, recurring, and annual training, along with desk-top drills for Controllers
- Serve as the main Control Center representative for SCADA system modifications, software upgrades, and large-scale technical projects
- Lead preparations for internal and external audits to confirm CRM program effectiveness
- Conduct workload analyses and review controller activities to ensure safe operations and compliance with fatigue management standards
- Drive safety initiatives through incident investigations and lessons-learned discussions
