Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related discipline, or several years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree; certifications considered instead of experience
- Over 8 years of pertinent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in RightAngle development and/or functional support
- Minimum of 5 years of .NET coding experience in RightAngle or other application platforms
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server scripts and stored procedures
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and advanced skills in analysis, presentation, project management, and financial analysis
- Proven track record in successfully driving projects, delivering results, and strategic planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the RightAngle application
- Proven ability to troubleshoot systems such as RightAngle
- Capacity to share support responsibilities with team members, which may occasionally require 24/7 availability
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to key business users and offer technical project assistance for both vendor and custom-developed applications
- Develop and maintain RightAngle interfaces along with inbound/outbound web services
- Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and generating reports
- Collaborate with functional leads to create plans and manage workflows across various business functional areas
- Organize and lead meetings, capturing key decisions, risks, and issues
- Operate effectively with minimal oversight, taking ownership of specific system areas and facilitating communication between business and IT
