Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field; or comparable experience in lieu of a degree; certifications in relevant areas may substitute for experience
- Over 8 years of pertinent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RightAngle development and/or functional support
- At least 5 years of proficiency in .NET coding within RightAngle or other application platforms
- Strong expertise in SQL server scripts and stored procedures
- Excellent leadership skills, along with advanced analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis capabilities
- Documented success in managing projects and achieving results, with strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Background in utilizing the RightAngle application
- Proven experience in troubleshooting systems like RightAngle
- Capacity to share support responsibilities with team members, occasionally necessitating 24/7 support availability
Responsibilities
- Offer direct technical support to key business users, along with technical project assistance for both vendor and custom-developed applications, involving new interface development, enhancement of existing applications, and code maintenance
- Develop and sustain RightAngle and outbound/inbound interfaces as well as Web services
- Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and generating reports
- Collaborate with functional leads to formulate plans and synchronize efforts across all business functional areas
- Organize and lead meetings, documenting crucial decisions, risks, and issues
- Operate effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of specific systems areas and/or business users, while managing communications between business and IT
