Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field
- Proficient in application support for RightAngle
- Extensive experience with SQL Server scripts and stored procedures
- Strong leadership, analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis skills
- Proven ability to drive projects and achieve results with strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in commodity trading and risk management
- Demonstrated success in troubleshooting systems such as RightAngle
- Ability to develop customizations and enhancements to the RightAngle system using T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net)
- 8+ years of development and support experience on RightAngle (.Net)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical and functional support to key business users and technical project support for applications
- Collaborate with functional leads to devise plans and coordinate work across various business areas
- Organize and lead meetings, documenting key decisions, risks, and issues
- Operate effectively with minimal supervision while taking ownership of specific systems areas and business users, managing communication between business and IT
- Support and maintain RightAngle including outbound/inbound interfaces and web services
- Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting purposes and report generation
- This role may be based in Dallas, Houston, or Newtown Square, PA
