Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or the foreign equivalent
- Proficient in IBM FileNet P8 programming for Content Navigator and Content Engine
- Skilled in IBM FileNet P8 Administration for Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine, ICC for email, ICC SAP, Records Manager
- Experience with upgrades and application integration with IBM FileNet and other third-party applications like GIS
- Ability to assist with system designs and application development requirements
- Capable of coordinating with other IT Operations teams, including Security, Servers, LAN Operations, Help Desk, and Database Support
- Knowledge of Visual Studio with VB and C#, VBA (Utilized in AutoCAD programming), Java, SQL, Python
- Relevant experience: 2-5 years for Specialist/Analyst, 5-8 years for Senior Specialist/Analyst, and 8+ years for Lead Specialist/Analyst
Responsibilities
- Oversee system programming and act as system administrator for IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager across multiple departments
- Manage IBM FileNet P8 administration and programming tasks including content engine, process engine, application engine, Workplace, WorkplaceXT, Content Navigator, ICC for email, and ICC for SAP
- Utilize IBM FileNet P8 programming for various services including Content Navigator, Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine, and Records Manager
- Recommend improvements to enhance systems and network configurations while identifying hardware or software requirements
- Perform Computer System Analyst activities, including conducting upgrades and integrating applications with IBM FileNet and other third-party systems
- Collect data concerning customer requirements to identify and evaluate system and network needs
- Assist in designing systems and clarifying requirements for application development or modifications
- Collaborate with other IT Operations teams to ensure successful project execution and operational integration
- Monitor performance of computer systems and networks through master consoles and coordinate network access and utilization
