Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in GIS or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience using the ESRI ArcGIS Platform - In-depth understanding of Class and HCA/MCA calculations as per CFR Parts 192 and 195 - Proficiency in ESRIs ArcGIS 10.x Desktop Software, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online - Strong grasp of pipeline systems and general familiarity with Microsoft Office products - For Specialist/Analyst level: 2-5 years of relevant experience - For Senior Specialist/Analyst level: 5-8 years of relevant experience - For Lead Specialist/Analyst level: 8+ years of relevant experience - Knowledge of SQL database language and manipulation, including schema editing and data importing (preferred) - Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, and database management systems (preferred) - Experience with FME software and data ETL functions (preferred) - Understanding of ESRI Model Builder is advantageous (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Aid in developing, deploying, and sustaining systems, applications, reports, and ad-hoc queries for all company assets, ensuring system reliability and data integrity for the Enterprise GIS System - Engage in Regulatory Audit activities - Support Pipeline Integrity Services and Corrosion Services in data migrations, training, and application assistance - Update the Corporate GIS Database with As-built records and maintain compliance data - Generate Ad-Hoc maps and reports as requested by various departments - Provide mapping services to Business Units, including Marketing and Tax Departments, and offer technical support to management regarding pipeline information and GIS systems - Create geospatial overlays to produce data sets for ad-hoc data requests - Support applications managed by the GIS group
