Requirements
Must:
- Experience with CMMS databases, preferably SAP PM
- Proficient computer skills to support the configuration, implementation, and use of SAP PM
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Capability to work under pressure with shifting priorities and minimal supervision
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
- Team-oriented with robust interpersonal skills
- Compliance with state and federal regulations regarding vehicle operations
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of workdays for data collection, audits, meetings, and training
- Specialist/Analyst level: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Senior Specialist/Analyst level: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Lead Specialist/Analyst level: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and over 8 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Assist operations in establishing and maintaining functional locations, systems, sub-systems, and equipment structures within SAP PM
- Update and manage SAP PM for DOT-required inspections
- Create and revise maintenance plans in SAP PM according to company SOPs, best practices, or maintenance standards
- Support operations in scheduling maintenance tasks in SAP PM
- Generate regulated and mechanical work orders upon request
- Create reports for management and operations when requested
- Travel to designated locations as necessary to assist operations with SAP PM
- Design and deliver specialized training on SAP PM
- Address technical issues in SAP PM as they arise
- Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Assist with master data requests submission in SAP PM
- Provide support and testing during SAP PM upgrades
- Maintain documentation for processes utilized in SAP PM
