Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 IT support or a similar technical position.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
- Proficient in supporting M365 (administration), Windows (desktop/server), and networking components (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Solid communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site with clients as necessary.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to work sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide junior support technicians to enhance their skills.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for intricate applications, networking issues, and other technical challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, conveying technical solutions in an accessible manner.
- Assess and prioritize support requests based on urgency and impact.
- Appropriately escalate issues to the relevant team when necessary.
- Document solutions and keep knowledge base articles up to date.
- Offer support for critical issues outside regular working hours on occasion.
- Drive initiatives for ongoing improvement in support processes and client satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a skilled IT Support Lead to join our growing team, focused on delivering outstanding customer service and technical support. We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, along with benefits such as 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off. Our work location is in person, allowing for direct interaction with our clients.
