Requirements
Must:
- Experience in developing chatbots, assistants, or workflow automation solutions.
- Strong programming skills across relevant AI platforms.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON data, and AI/ML SDKs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Hugging Face).
- Understanding of data processing, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Automate ecosystems.
- Ability to translate broad business objectives into actionable technical initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Awareness of cybersecurity and compliance considerations related to AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- I will design and construct AI-driven tools, automations, and integrations for both internal use and client needs.
- I will collaborate with existing MSP systems (e.g., RMM, PSA, Documentation Platforms, Microsoft 365, Azure) to implement practical AI functionalities.
- I will research, test, and deploy large language models (such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, etc.).
- I will prototype and enhance internal chatbots, automation agents, or data-centric assistants.
- I will work in partnership with leadership to pinpoint service offerings that integrate AI solutions.
- I will document architectures, workflows, and implementation details for future scalability.
- I will keep abreast of new AI technologies, frameworks, and APIs.
