Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Field/Onsite Engineering
- Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP)
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to self-manage and plan projects for smaller engagements
- Skilled in organizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication capabilities
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and evolving business needs
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team
- Composed and effective in managing emergency situations
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA (A+, Network, Security), Microsoft Associate/Expert, VMware, Apple, Citrix
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote IT support across diverse systems and platforms
- Address complex issues with patience, curiosity, and a focus on service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Engage in continuous learning of new technologies to enhance skills
- Attend onsite to perform installations, configurations, and troubleshooting as necessary, including setting up wired and wireless networks and workstations, installing and updating software, and resolving issues
