Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a customer service support role with a Bachelors degree. - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a customer service support role without a Bachelors degree. - Experience in complex communication and conferencing environments (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco Collaboration, WebEx, Crestron, Poly). - Background in providing high-level support to C-Suite or executive leadership in a responsive or white glove capacity. - Strong ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and handle sensitive technical matters. - Proficient verbal and written communication skills essential for excellent customer service. - Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices. - Strong knowledge of audiovisual integration, streaming media, and unified communications technologies. - Ability to read and write detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos. - Demonstrated personal and ethical accountability. - Proven ability to plan, budget, and execute multimedia initiatives across multiple sites. - A curiosity-driven mindset, innovative thinking skills, and development of creative solutions. - Focus on people with an active role in the recruitment and retention of staff.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the multimedia operations team managing AV systems, unified communications platforms (Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom), conference room technologies, and digital signage. Establish and uphold standards, procedures, and best practices for multimedia support and integration. - Design and implement multimedia solutions for new constructions, renovations, and technology updates. Collaborate with Facilities, Construction, and IT teams to ensure that AV infrastructure aligns with performance, scalability, and security standards. - Supervise the diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of challenging multimedia issues. Guarantee system uptime, quality assurance, and reliability of all AV and conferencing systems while maintaining detailed records of systems and service activities. - Lead multimedia-related projects from inception through to completion, including vendor selection, procurement, installation, testing, and documentation, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and service expectations through effective project management and vendor coordination. - Manage a specialized team engaged in proactive IT support tailored for senior executives and stakeholders. - Ensure prompt responses, minimal disruptions, and anticipatory support during executive meetings, remote work, and strategic engagements. - Identify opportunities for improvement and modernization within the multimedia ecosystem, assessing new technologies, and leading pilot programs to gauge feasibility and impact. - Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and develop career growth plans. Provide leadership during system upgrades, technology rollouts, and enterprise initiatives. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
