Junior Business Analyst - Data Focused

- Actively enhance team operations by supporting systems, processes, and data across the organization - Assess current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement - Document and visualize business processes across service, installation, sales, and accounting - Facilitate implementation of improvements that streamline work and increase accuracy - Provide everyday assistance for platforms such as ServiceTitan (preferred experience) - Troubleshoot user issues and address system-related complications - Aid in testing and deployment of new features and system updates - Generate and sustain reports using Excel and Power BI - Assist in KPI tracking and operational reporting for leadership - Execute data validation and cleanup to maintain accuracy across systems - Collaborate closely with technicians, dispatchers, and managers to address real-world challenges - Ensure precise setup and utilization of work orders, estimates, and invoices - Advocate for improvements that enhance both employee and customer experiences - Support system enhancements, integrations, and process changes - Monitor progress and assist in executing key initiatives - Contribute to training and documentation relating to new processes
