Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document technical processes clearly
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Passion for assisting individuals with vision impairment or limited English proficiency
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware, particularly ScriptAbility and the ScripTalk Program
- Handle support inquiries through calls, chat, email, and other communication channels
- Utilize programming skills to automate tasks, analyze data, and optimize troubleshooting
- Apply AI tools for proactive diagnostics and support documentation
- Maintain comprehensive records of all support interactions in Act!
- Participate in the development and testing of software and hardware
- Create and update technical documentation for both staff and customers
- Prioritize and manage several open support cases to ensure prompt resolution
Description

This position is based in-person at our office, and we offer a pay range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour for 40 hours a week.
