Senior Technical Product Manager

- Define and manage an outcome-driven incubation roadmap for Blockchain and tokenization experiments, including sequencing and success metrics - Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify tokenization and blockchain opportunities and define experiment charters - Prioritize rapid prototypes and proofs of concept based on value, feasibility, and learning objectives - Act as a bridge between business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into viable experiments - Lead discovery processes, requirements gathering, and design solutions with engineering collaboration - Oversee lab backlog and execution cycles, facilitating planning, demonstrations, and iterations for rapid learning - Coordinate evaluations of build versus partnership options, including vendor assessments and ecosystem scans - Set experiment governance and controls suitable for a lab context, covering data handling and risk review - Develop reference architectures and reusable components to expedite future experiments - Measure and report on experiment KPIs such as time-to-prototype and proof-of-value outcomes - Monitor pilot outcomes and operational signals and adjust based on findings - Stay updated on trends in blockchain and tokenization to guide the labs pipeline - Offer recommendations and transition plans for successful projects to relevant product and engineering teams - Provide mentorship and thought leadership across teams to enhance internal blockchain expertise
