IT Business Systems Analyst

- Manage daily operational tasks to support the provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning processes necessary for establishing and maintaining configuration baselines. - Ensure compliance of all Configuration Item (CI) baseline changes with internal and external regulatory standards based on their classifications. - Investigate instances of unauthorized CI baseline deviations. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to address unauthorized changes in CI baselines. - Identify and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance related processes. - Gather and analyze data to support established metrics, and report on the effectiveness of IT configuration management processes. - Act as a technical liaison with change control processes, providing support for impact analysis during change execution. - Collaborate with the Asset Manager to assist in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes, work instructions, and activities in line with ITIL framework. - Partner with the Asset Manager to ensure the accuracy of Configuration Items in the CMDB, including conducting regular audits to verify that records and relationships are complete and current.
