Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, Databricks, SQL/NoSQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Proven track record in designing interoperability solutions (FHIR, HL7, CCDs, HIE).
- In-depth understanding of data modeling, governance, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with BI, analytics, and integration tools such as ADF, Kafka, IBM DataStage, or Informatica.
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing data systems for data warehouses and data lakes.
- Create and manage data models (conceptual, logical, physical) for claims, member, provider, and clinical data.
- Drive interoperability solutions aligned with USCDI-US Core and FHIR standards.
- Collaborate with various teams, including business, IT, and data science, to ensure architecture meets business objectives.
- Enhance data pipelines for improved performance and scalability using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, or Informatica.
- Establish data governance frameworks to maintain data quality, compliance with HIPAA and GDPR, and consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and implement modern data management and integration technologies.
