- Address customer questions via phone, chat, and email in a courteous and effective manner
- Resolve basic service issues, including account access, billing inquiries, and service availability
- Assist clients in setting up or modifying internet, phone, and bundled service packages
- Guide users through fundamental troubleshooting for modems, routers, and connected devices
- Schedule service appointments and provide ongoing support for installations or orders in progress
- Explain billing details, discuss payment options, and assist with autopay or account modifications
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our systems and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Inform customers about products, service upgrades, and promotions to improve their experience
- Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-development workshops
