Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development (internships/freelance accepted)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience in creating landing pages for paid advertising
- Familiar with ACF, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools (such as Rank Math)
- Knowledge of website performance metrics and Core Web Vitals
- Excellent communication abilities in a remote work setting
- A/B testing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail) is a bonus
- Experience managing multi-location or franchise websites is advantageous
- Understanding of Git/version control is desirable
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance landing pages for paid marketing campaigns
- Develop mobile-first designs with compelling CTAs and lead capture forms
- Implement tracking methods (such as UTMs, GA4, GTM, and call tracking)
- Conduct A/B tests to boost conversion rates
- Maintain and enhance WordPress sites (including Kadence and child themes)
- Ensure websites comply with Core Web Vitals and performance criteria
- Support SEO practices and overall site efficiency
- Assist in scaling and managing our multi-location WordPress platform
