Requirements

Responsibilities

- Conduct rapid analysis and provide strategic insights using Excel
- Design and develop impactful executive presentations that facilitate decision-making
- Administer project-level tools, ensuring effective access management and workflow automation
- Act as the primary liaison for tracking commitments and action items within the global audit teams
- Maintain a centralized repository of knowledge on Confluence, ensuring standards and continuity
- Manage technical backlog requests, prioritizing based on business needs
- Organize meeting logistics, including minutes and agendas, while supporting operational tasks
- Foster relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to senior leadership
