Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Foreign equivalent qualifications are acceptable
- Minimum of 36 months of experience as a software developer or in a similar role
- At least three years of demonstrated experience in web application development
- Experience architecting and deploying scalable web applications with REST API integration
- Proficiency in PHP development using advanced frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
- Familiarity with design systems such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
- Expertise in performance optimization for high-traffic, responsive applications
- A minimum of two years of experience in developing complex front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
- At least one year of experience with advanced cloud services and automated CI/CD pipeline configuration in enterprise settings
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and maintain existing software applications based on ticket specifications
- Conduct integration, testing, documentation, and peer code reviews to assure quality and transparency
- Ensure code adheres to performance, scalability, and resource usage standards
- Write clean and maintainable code in accordance with industry best practices and team guidelines
- Actively engage in all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Provide time estimates for upcoming tasks during backlog refinement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous development tasks
