Requirements
Must:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong logical reasoning and quick adaptability with electronic devices, mobile applications, and SaaS platforms
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support, customer success, or a similar role; experience in HVACR, Cold Chain, or Industrial IoT is highly desirable
- Associate or Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related discipline
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on solutions; ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to clients across North America and LATAM via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish
- Guide users through the installation and configuration of Elitech hardware (such as Data Loggers, Vacuum Pumps, and Scales) and our proprietary Cloud/App platforms
- Diagnose and resolve hardware connectivity issues (Bluetooth/WiFi/Cellular) and software functionality problems
- Develop and translate technical FAQs, user manuals, and quick-start guides to enhance customer experiences
- Collaborate with the sales team by assisting with technical demonstrations and providing product samples for key accounts

As we grow our presence in the North American and LATAM markets, you will serve as the main technical contact for our clients, offering expert support for our Cold Chain IoT solutions and HVACR digital tools. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $4,000 to $6,000 per month, depending on your experience, along with the opportunity to work with a leading international technology company and receive training on the latest Cold Chain and IoT advancements.
