Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN clients, and home Wi-Fi configurations
- Basic experience with Active Directory or Azure AD
- Familiarity with hardware setups and peripheral configurations
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for technical inquiries, resolving 70-80% of issues during the first interaction
- Use ITSM tools to log interactions and update the knowledge base
- Perform remote troubleshooting for software installations and connectivity challenges
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate specialists while providing thorough documentation
- Assist in creating internal guides to improve user self-service capabilities
