Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas, validation)
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work with structured data and adhere to established processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
- Experience with PIC ERP is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of manufacturing, inventory, or supply chain operations
- Background in handling large datasets
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system
- Assist with product setup and component/part creation
- Conduct data cleanup, validation, and standardization across ERP datasets
- Perform routine configuration tasks and system updates as directed by ERP leadership
- Help maintain accurate inventory and product master data
- Support the testing and validation of ERP logic, formulas, and system outputs
- Identify and report any data inconsistencies or system issues
- Assist with data extraction, reporting, and analysis (using Excel and basic SQL)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Inventory, and IT

We at Elite Window Fashions are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical ERP & Data Support Analyst (Co-op / Junior) to help us enhance the development and stabilization of our ERP system (PIC). This position is part of a vital initiative aimed at increasing production efficiency and inventory accuracy while allowing for future automation throughout our organization.
