Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- At least 3 years focused on Delinea (formerly Thycotic)
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of Secret Server and Privilege Manager
- Strong familiarity with Azure PIM, Conditional Access, and Managed Identities
- Profound understanding of Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with GPOs and Linux/Unix environments
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python for API automation
- SQL skills for generating reports
Responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation and scaling of Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager
- Design and uphold secret management workflows for various account types
- Ensure secure remote access for internal and third-party stakeholders
- Configure policies in Privilege Manager to enable Least Privilege access
- Facilitate integration between Delinea and Azure PIM for a cohesive security framework
- Automate lifecycle management by integrating with Active Directory and related systems
- Manage automated discovery processes for identifying unmanaged accounts
- Oversee session management including recording and auditing of sensitive sessions
- Generate reports for compliance and spearhead remediation for access issues
Description
We are seeking a Senior PAM Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and oversight of our Privileged Access Management ecosystem. Our focus is on eliminating standing privileges and enhancing the security of critical credentials using the Delinea suite. Positioned in Lake Forest, IL, our team operates from 8 AM to 5 PM Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.
