Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management with practical Prompt Engineering expertise
- In-depth understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and Conversational AI
- Proficiency in prompt optimization methods (few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, RAG, structured patterns)
- Ability to select appropriate AI models based on task requirements and business objectives
- Strong skills in designing experiments, evaluating outcomes, and testing outputs
- Experience in integrating AI within customer support, sales, or operational processes
- Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, and AI-focused analytics
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript for testing and automating scripts
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle for AI-driven tools: from concept to launch and optimization
- Design, enhance, and manage prompt libraries to improve LLM performance, precision, and tone
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership to incorporate AI into workflows
- Configure, test, and optimize AI SaaS platforms
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI models and operations
- Conduct A/B testing, prompt assessments, and quality assurance processes to ensure excellence
- Monitor key performance indicators, assess ROI, and drive ongoing enhancements in AI products
- Stay informed about the latest AI trends, LLM updates, and automation prospects
