Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Technology Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in analyzing business operations and data
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and facilitation of ceremonies
- Ability to develop clear user stories and technical documentation
- Proficient in creating and maintaining business process models and workflows
- Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders to assess financial and operational impacts
- Experience in conducting requirements verification and validation sessions
- Skilled in performing risk assessments and gap analysis
- Knowledge of reviewing test plans and ensuring system compliance
- Strong documentation skills, including familiarity with SRS, FSD, and RTM
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data, and requirements to support enterprise system implementation and improvement
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies among cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of objectives and deliverables
- Translate business needs into structured user stories and technical specifications for development teams
- Develop and maintain process models, workflows, and sprint backlogs for iterative delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess financial and operational implications of system enhancements
- Define acceptance criteria in partnership with UX analysts to align designs with business goals
- Conduct sessions for requirements verification and validation, mapping functional and finance-related needs
- Perform risk assessments, impact analysis, and gap evaluations to inform strategic decisions
- Review and analyze test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices for system integrity
- Document and maintain essential records, including SRS, FSD, and RTM
- Track defect remediation efforts to ensure prompt resolution
- May require travel or relocation to client sites across the U.S. as needed.
