User Experience Researcher & Designer

- Develop and conduct both qualitative and quantitative UX research, involving interviews, surveys, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing. - Formulate research strategies and approaches that align with business objectives, user needs, and accessibility guidelines. - Analyze research outcomes and convert insights into feasible recommendations that guide product and design choices. - Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to assess user behavior and pinpoint usability challenges. - Champion user-centered design practices to ensure stakeholders apply research insights effectively. - Generate wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Craft accessible, user-friendly, and visually cohesive interfaces for web and application products. - Guarantee designs are responsive and optimized for diverse devices and platforms. - Integrate interaction design features, including transitions, animations, and responses. - Design and assess interfaces to meet WCAG standards and adhere to usability best practices. - Conduct accessibility and usability assessments and suggest remediation strategies. - Collaborate with development teams to accurately implement accessibility standards. - Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile or iterative setting. - Present findings, design rationales, and recommendations through various communication channels. - Regularly update progress and proactively identify risks, gaps, or dependencies.
