Requirements
Must:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in project management within a software development setting.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and manage projects independently.
- Solid comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience in a Project Management Office or a related structure.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various engineering teams, consisting of around 25 members each, to plan and implement software projects.
- Create detailed project plans from the ground up utilizing Smartsheet or similar tools.
- Establish and oversee project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality results.
- Recognize, evaluate, and manage project risks to safeguard schedules and deliverables.
- Promote teamwork and resolve disputes through effective communication and negotiation.
- Function within a hybrid framework incorporating both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, coordinating Scrum teams that primarily utilize Jira.
- Employ Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking project progress.
