Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership within ERP environments
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules
- Baseline to intermediate knowledge of Oracle EPM
- Comprehensive understanding of GL, R2R, P2P, and Source to Report processes
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance, accounting, and transformation teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications (preferred)
- Experience in large-scale ERP transformation or modernization projects (preferred)
- Understanding of data governance and master data management principles (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical product owner for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM functionalities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, establish product roadmaps, and prioritize features
- Lead the design and execution of ERP solutions supporting GL, R2R, P2P, and Source to Report processes
- Represent the technology product team in business unit meetings and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and data teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance ERP and EPM processes and overall performance
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls through effective system design and governance
- Provide expertise on Oracle Cloud ERP modules and EPM capabilities
