Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in leading test planning and execution for large-scale SaaS implementations, preferably within the HR sector.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly with HR Service Delivery and Employee Relations modules.
- Proficient hands-on experience with JIRA for managing requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Practical experience with Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, and managing feedback.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools for data analysis, dashboard creation, and crafting executive-level summaries and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working autonomously while providing clarity with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, delivery-oriented environments.
- Prior involvement in leading or significantly supporting a comprehensive ServiceNow HR or Operations case management implementation is preferred.
- Experience in hypercare and post-launch stabilization phases is preferred.
- Comfort in engaging directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct the functional testing by utilizing requirements and user stories from JIRA, with around 60% dedicated to functional testing during the initial phase.
- Supervise testing for a build that is nearly at full completion for the initial design.
- Strategize, execute, and oversee functional testing, defect validation, and regression testing scheduled for July associated with the annual production release.
- Propel the completion of testing through effective issue resolution, go-live support, and hypercare assistance.
- Organize the collection of feedback from internal users and friends-and-family testing for early validations and enhancements.
- Manage the intake of feedback and testing findings via Smartsheets.
- Monitor and assess discrepancies between defects and updated or altered requirements.
- Lead the triage process for defects and enhancements, prioritizing and tracking them against the overall timeline.
- Act as the primary test lead, ensuring accountability, adherence to timelines, and meeting quality benchmarks.
- Generate regular status updates and provide executive-level visibility, including build and test progress, burn charts, as well as risk and issue monitoring.
- Create and sustain dashboards and reporting for stakeholders at the SVP-level and higher.
- Utilize AI tools for analysis, dashboarding, and composing executive-ready summaries, presentations, and content.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Delivery throughout the implementation, handoff, stabilization, and hypercare phases.
- Apply ServiceNow implementation knowledge in HR or operational areas to steer best practices and informed decisions.
