Requirements

Must:
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance. - Over 10 years of experience in network engineering, primarily focusing on enterprise wireless networking. - Expertise in designing, implementing, and diagnosing complex enterprise Wi-Fi environments. - Proven hands-on experience conducting predictive and physical RF site surveys, including RF analysis and performance assessment. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve RF interference, coverage, and capacity challenges in operational settings. - Practical experience managing wireless LAN controllers and enterprise access points. - Strong knowledge of RF propagation and interference mitigation strategies. - Proficient with HPE Aruba controllers and access points that support 802.11ax and 802.11be standards. - Familiarity with Cisco wireless solutions, along with Ubiquiti and Ericsson edge technologies. - Experience integrating wireless systems with security protocols and ensuring endpoint connectivity. - Immediate contribution capability with minimal ramp-up in a critical operational setting. - Possession of DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 441 Network Operations Specialist role, such as Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security. - Required technical certifications include CWSP or equivalent vendor wireless professional certification and Security+ certification. - This role is classified as essential personnel, supporting operational continuity and may necessitate work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.
