Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, business process documentation, or similar communication roles
- Demonstrated capability to convey intricate concepts into clear and concise documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in creating and publishing documentation using Confluence or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with Jira, preferably the Cloud version
- Keen attention to detail in formatting, grammar, and consistency
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in managing the documentation lifecycle, including version control and content governance
- Background in Agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management concepts (preferred)
- Understanding of change management principles (preferred)
- Experience in developing workflows and process documentation (preferred)
- Exposure to AI tools that assist in content creation, documentation, or knowledge management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support the Value Management Office
- Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational branding and formatting standards
- Standardize and uphold documentation practices across teams for uniformity in structure, tone, and presentation
- Transform existing materials into polished, executive-ready formats utilizing PowerPoint, Word, and Confluence
- Review, edit, and reformat stakeholder-generated content to conform with established templates and standards
- Centralize documentation to prevent duplication across repositories, sites, and teams
- Implement and maintain version control and governance for accuracy and consistency
- Identify and consolidate existing materials to ensure teams have access to correct and current versions
- Support various deliverables including process documentation libraries, PI Planning packages, metrics and reporting definitions, onboarding and training materials, and executive summaries and presentations
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to enhance and clarify documentation
- Publish and manage documentation in Confluence while supporting tasks within Jira
- Create and maintain workflow diagrams and process flows as necessary
- Assist in developing and maintaining a centralized, accessible documentation repository
