Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in systems analysis
- Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and gather high-quality business requirements in Agile scrum settings
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment in issue management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship management, and facilitation expertise
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in financial services (preferred)
- Prior development or techno-functional experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Swagger and REST APIs (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams to design and implement client- and server-side solutions
- Spearhead Agile requirements gathering and oversee backlog refinement with clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Evaluate complex issues, manage them, and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Participate in technical and design discussions to advocate for scalable and maintainable solutions
- Promote and exemplify Agile methodologies within the team
- Effectively communicate to influence cross-functional teams and navigate the organization to achieve objectives
- Mentor analysts on development standards and best practices
- Offer product support across all phases, including on-call support as necessary
