Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience in Power BI development, specializing in dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and implementing row-level security measures.
- Background in integrating Power BI with enterprise systems and embedding reports within applications.
- 6+ years of experience in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 development.
- In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and performance enhancement techniques.
- Experience in connecting UI components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Snowflake or Oracle and SQL query optimization.
- Understanding of Git version control and effective branching methodologies.
- Competence in unit and integration testing practices, including participation in code reviews.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for support with automated deployments.
- Background in financial services, especially in a Mutual Fund environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and build Power BI dashboards, reports, and secure data models with row-level access.
- Develop DAX measures and Power Query transformations to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Embed Power BI content within applications and ensure integration with enterprise systems.
- Create Angular applications utilizing TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 with a focus on responsive and accessible UI.
- Connect front-end components to RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize SQL queries and collaborate on database architecture for improved performance.
- Utilize Git with effective branching strategies and engage in code review processes.
- Write and manage unit and integration tests to guarantee software quality.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and assist in automated deployment processes.
- Team up with Technical Leads, Product Owners, and Architects to align on technical direction.
