Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience with Salesforce
- At least 5 years in an architectural role focused on enterprise-scale redesigns or new implementations
- Solid background in updating legacy Salesforce organizations with high technical debt, custom objects, and intricate integration frameworks
- Experience in media, advertising, or digital publishing related to sales planning, order management, and cross-platform revenue processes
- Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Media Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration strategies, and data modeling
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and solution-design abilities with a talent for influencing stakeholders and guiding technical teams
- Familiarity with automation, AI-driven workflows, and leveraging unified data for insights, enhancement, and real-time analytics
Responsibilities
- Design a new Salesforce organization aligned with standard data models while minimizing customization and ensuring scalable multi-cloud architecture
- Drive transformation efforts across integrations, data flows, planning systems, and operational processes to reduce manual tasks and enhance revenue transparency
- Work alongside engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to establish solution patterns and maintain architectural uniformity across all initiatives
