Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft 9.1.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Oracle databases.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing SQR programs and extracts.
- Proficient in using PeopleSoft Component Interface for data integration.
- Background in data conversion and ERP migration projects.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment.
- Preferred experience in supporting phased ERP migrations.
- Preferred experience in integrating legacy systems with modern platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of PeopleTools and broader PeopleSoft architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQR extracts to facilitate data conversion and integration activities.
- Leverage PeopleSoft Component Interface tools to ensure synchronization between legacy PeopleSoft systems and the new enterprise platform.
- Assist in phased migration efforts while ensuring data integrity and precision.
- Collaborate effectively with functional analysts, database administrators, and project managers.
- Identify and resolve issues within PeopleSoft 9.1 applications.
- Create documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Aid in validation and reconciliation processes during data conversion cycles.
Description
We are transitioning from the legacy PeopleSoft 9.1 system to a modern enterprise platform and are seeking an experienced developer to lead data migration efforts. This position is primarily hybrid, requiring 2-4 days onsite in Whippany, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. We offer a competitive pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00/hr on a W2 basis, alongside an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan with company matching, and life insurance.
