Requirements

Must:
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance. - DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 441 Network Operations Specialist work role, such as Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security. - 10+ years of experience leading or assisting in the assessment, design, and execution of network engineering solutions, with hands-on expertise in enterprise unified communications environments. - Proficient in designing, executing, and troubleshooting complex voice, video, and collaboration systems, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams. - Practical knowledge supporting session border controllers, voice gateways, call routing, and ensuring a high quality of service for real-time traffic. - Experience with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, Cisco telephony endpoints, and Cisco Expressway. - Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and address operational voice and video issues in mission-critical settings with minimal ramp-up. - Capacity to contribute effectively in demanding operational environments.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate within a high-performing team to deliver technical solutions supporting the utmost levels of the federal government. - Design, implement, and resolve issues related to enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms. - Set up and assist in session border controllers, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS to ensure high-quality real-time voice and video communication. - Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing support for operational challenges with little ramp-up time. - Engage in Agile practices and participate in collective problem-solving initiatives. - Clearly communicate technical challenges, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactively suggest technical enhancements and architectural improvements. - Contribute to team discussions, project planning, and ongoing improvement efforts. - Address mission operations with urgency and accountability, showcasing a strong sense of ownership. - Exhibit the ability to provide immediate contributions in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting. - Establish and maintain trust and confidence among customers through technical expertise and professionalism.
