Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, particularly strong in TypeScript and core JavaScript (HTML/CSS)
- 3+ years experience with Angular, including backend development using NPM packaging and related technologies
- 2+ years expertise in creating REST APIs and working with Express, Nest, or Node.js
- Familiarity with building, deploying, and managing applications in cloud environments like AWS Serverless, EKS, KMS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, and Kubernetes (or equivalent platforms like Azure/Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in automation tools including Jenkins, automated regression testing, CI/CD, smoke testing, regression, integration, and troubleshooting for configurations or errors
- Preferred: experience mentoring junior engineers and knowledge of Vue.js or other front-end frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Engage in all stages of development from initial concept through deployment within an agile team, demonstrating high autonomy and ownership of codebases as you collaborate with product management to refine requirements and convert epics into actionable user stories that meet or surpass expectations.
- Develop scalable, resilient cloud-based systems in alignment with long-term goals, supporting both new initiatives and production systems (Angular/VueJS) as required, including off-hours support for business units.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of comprehensive software solutions, providing guidance and coaching to junior developers on standards, engineering practices, and expertise.
