Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience in full stack development using modern programming languages like Java, Python, or .NET/C#.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI development, including the integration of LLMs to enhance delivery.
- Proficient in Python and React.
- Strong background in system architecture, security compliance, and cloud-native design, preferably on AWS.
- Experienced in guiding teams with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Familiar with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and AWS Bedrock.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git, as well as CI/CD, and DevOps practices for deploying GenAI.
- Direct experience in data processing and AI-driven workflows in Python, focusing on LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
- In-depth understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
- Awareness of AI observability, model monitoring, and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Familiar with modern AI development patterns and retrieval pipelines is a plus.
- Prior experience in consulting or internal enablement is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement agentic systems driven by contemporary LLM and GenAI technologies.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to transition AI capabilities into production-ready enterprise applications.
- Design, build, and deploy sophisticated agentic AI systems utilizing current AI frameworks.
- Integrate GenAI models into full-stack applications and internal business processes.
- Work together on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and assessment of generative outputs.
- Create reusable components and services for orchestrating multi-agent systems and automating tasks.
- Enhance AI inference pipelines for better scalability, reduced latency, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to shaping the technical direction.
- Architect and deploy full-stack applications using Python and React while maintaining a language-agnostic approach.
- Ensure the design of secure and scalable systems with a focus on security, compliance, and best practices.
- Maintain existing AI-enabled products while introducing new AI-powered solutions.
- Offer internal consulting to assist teams in effectively adopting AI solutions.
- Assess AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude, ensuring teams are utilizing them effectively.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to quickly scope, prototype, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Partner with business units to discover AI opportunities that enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, or improve customer experiences.
- Guarantee that solutions align with security, compliance, and regulatory standards, particularly in financial services environments.
