Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Angular and TypeScript
- RESTful service design
- CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
- Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- SQL and relational databases
- Source control and pull request workflows (GitHub or similar)
- Experience leading or contributing to architecture and design decisions
- Proven track record of working across multiple teams and mentoring engineers
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks
- Experience with Apache Camel is a plus but not required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- AWS certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based RESTful middle-tier services using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Build and enhance Angular (TypeScript) user interfaces
- Define and implement application-level architecture focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployments (e.g., Jenkins)
- Collaborate with an Agile/Scrum team on backlog refinement, story execution, and sprint ceremonies
- Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization
- Ensure QA readiness, including unit testing and test automation practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

We are on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to become a part of our agile product team dedicated to crafting and enhancing modern, scalable applications. This role offers a balanced focus on backend Java services and Angular-based frontend development. If you join us, you will closely collaborate with product owners, squad leadership, UX designers, and fellow engineers to design, build, deploy, and maintain high-quality solutions that align with critical business objectives. We value mentorship, so you will also play an essential role in guiding junior engineers and upholding architectural and engineering best practices. We are based in Westlake, TX, and the role includes a hybrid work setup.
