Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in email channel marketing with a proven track record
- Substantial experience in digital execution, marketing technology, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPScript and Content Builder
- Fundamental knowledge of front-end HTML
- Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Adobe Target, Simon Data, or Segment CDP (preferred)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple complex projects and mitigating risks
- Process-driven mindset with effective communication of work and outcomes
- Ability to cultivate relationships and influence without formal authority in a matrixed setting
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity and foster teamwork
- Analytical problem solver demonstrating sound judgment and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven capability for self-directed learning and meticulous attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach with an entrepreneurial, agile mindset and proactive orientation
- Enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others
Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement email campaigns from planning through deployment, covering scheduled sends, automated triggers, Journey Builder, and multi-touch programs
- Develop and modify email coding and logic utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder and AMPScript
- Partner with technology teams to integrate new email programs and content into the platform, representing the business perspective
- Act as a subject matter expert on template specifications, technical designs, best practices in channels, execution processes, data feed analysis, and platform functionalities
- Monitor, identify, and resolve execution issues in a timely manner to ensure accurate delivery
- Lead collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams within a complex matrix environment to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive process improvements
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, helping them meet expectations and support performance management initiatives as necessary
