Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in design system implementation.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong background in native mobile design.
- Advanced prototyping skills beyond Figma are preferred.
- Familiarity with Universal Design for Accessibility is a plus.
- Ability to articulate and defend design choices.
- Basic knowledge of agile product development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to Design Thinking principles is an advantage.
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools, including Creative Suite.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS is a bonus.
- Expertise in usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience in identifying improvement opportunities, mentoring teams, and working iteratively based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with user experience team members to research and create designs that simplify complex functionalities.
- Develop site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes as recommendations for project initiatives.
- Assist in user research activities, including usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to advocate for user needs, comprehend business objectives, and define customer-centric strategies.
- Partner with development teams during the implementation phase to ensure the intended user experience is achieved.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and collaborators.
