Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting within applications and data warehouses.
- Proficient in SQL with a proven ability to write complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
- Extensive experience in developing self-service dashboards using Tableau and analysis in Excel.
- Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Quick learner with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and complex situations.
- Proven track record of understanding datasets and generating processes through iterative hypothesis testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with call, case, and order data from platforms such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, and IVR (preferred).
- Python programming skills (preferred).
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine data requirements and create self-service Tableau dashboards.
- Investigate, formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, and validate relationships within and across data sources to address business inquiries.
- Craft intricate SQL queries across multiple tables to generate report-ready results.
- Evaluate data to uncover trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity and precision through thorough validation and testing.
- Execute ad-hoc analyses and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement of existing processes.
- Document reporting specifications, analysis results, and procedural workflows.
