Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience providing engineering support for business solutions, including architecture, engineering design, proof of concept, pilots, analysis, results, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience linking functional needs to technical specifications and assessing technology options using quantitative analysis.
- Proven ability to produce written assessments, evaluation criteria, and recommendations.
- Current CyberArk Sentry certification and demonstrated proficiency in managing privileged accounts.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing CyberArk lifecycle processes at an enterprise scale similar to DOT.
- Minimum 3 years of server administration experience on Windows Server 2019 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with SailPoint is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, including account management, Group Policy, AD Schema, PKI, and PowerShell automation, is preferred.
- Familiarity with database management for SQL Server 2019, covering backups, indexing, integrity checks, installation, configuration, maintenance plans, ports and protocols, troubleshooting, and data modeling with ERDs is preferred.
- CyberArk Sentry certification requirement.
- DOT Public Trust eligibility as specified by program guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of CyberArk within development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage and provide support for roles, safes, policies, and the onboarding process within CyberArk.
- Facilitate software updates, patch management, and lifecycle oversight for CyberArk components and vault appliances.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and integrators to ensure performance, availability, and compliance for Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Identify, document, and address security vulnerabilities pertaining to PAM.
- Provide on-call troubleshooting and resolution for PAM-related incidents.
- Develop and enhance performance, security, and compliance reports in accordance with DHS CISA standards.
- Assist in annual disaster recovery testing and document contingency and recovery plans.
- Adhere to change management protocols and contribute to the analysis of options, pilots, and proofs of concept.
